Fundraising
We are a charity and rely on fundraising to supply extra equipment and materials. We have a fundraising Open Session at the end of each term.
The 100 Club
Our main source of fundraising is the 100 club, which is an annual subscription of £12 with monthly prizes of £20 and a December prize of £100. Gift subscriptions are now available for Christmas presents.
Easy Fundraising
We are also listed with the website easyfundraising.org.uk which provides a FREE fundraising service to raise funds for charities, trusts, schools, clubs, good causes or community groups when you shop online. You can choose from over 500 of the UK's best-known retailers including many popular names such as Next, Amazon, Debenhams, John Lewis and HMV, and when you shop using the links on the site up to 15% from every purchase you make is donated to the cause you choose to nominate.
It doesn't cost you a penny extra to shop and raise funds for our playgroup in this way, and as many retailers now give extra discounts when you buy online, you can even save money.
Clothing Sales
We also sell Playgroup sweatshirts and T -shirts which the children love to wear. These are optional but please ask the playgroup leader if you would like some.
Plus we run various Events throughout the year.
